LIKETONIC provides social media engagement services, including but not limited to followers, likes, and views ("Services") for supported platforms. Services are delivered by third-party providers on our behalf; delivery speed and final counts are estimates, not guarantees.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you own or have authorization to manage the account or content you submit to us.

3. Platform Policies

Our Services may not comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube). You acknowledge and accept that using our Services could result in actions by those platforms against your account, including but not limited to removal of engagement, reduced visibility, or account suspension. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order.
  • Orders are typically processed within the delivery window stated on the product page; actual delivery times may vary.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate account/profile/post information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong destination due to inaccurate information you provided.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Services to: violate any law; harass, defame, or harm another person or business; misrepresent affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement; or resell our Services without our prior written consent.

We do not guarantee any specific business, marketing, or engagement outcome from using our Services. Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes and periodic account purges by platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIKETONIC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including account suspension, loss of followers, or loss of business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
